The grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition is that he is a member of theJanVikasCo-OperativeGroupHousing SocietyLtd.,Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087 (hereinafter, ‘the society’), however, his category as a member of the said society is being repeatedly changed from Category “C” to Category “B”.

4. It is his submission that the decision on his membership has already been pronounced by an award dated 21^st January, 2019 passed by the ld. Sole Arbitrator in a claim filed by the Petitioner
