1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“(a) Issue an appropriate writ/orders/directions whereby quashing/withdrawing the demolition notice dt. 19.10.2011 of the Respondent No.1& 2 DDA;

(b) issue an appropriate writ/orders/directions whereby restraining the Respondents not to demolish the jhuggies of the petitioners situated at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Camp, Paschimpuri, New Delhi without allotting them alternative plot/ land as per the earlier directions of this Hon'ble Court and policy of rehabilitation/ relocation of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi;

(c) issue an appropriate writ/orders/directions whereby grant all monetary compensation and relief to the petitioners for their rehabilitation/ relocation as sanctioned by law in case jhuggies are demolished;....”
