O R D E R

% 29.01.2026 Settlement of disputes qua Defendant nos.9 & 10

1. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the disputes have been resolved and terms thereof have been reduced into writing vide Settlement Agreement dated 17.10.2025. The terms of the settlement commences from para 1 at page 3 of the Settlement Agreement through till para 15.

2. This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds no legal impediment in decreeing the Suit qua defendant nos.9 and 10 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17.10.2025. The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures appended thereto are taken on record.

3. The Suit qua defendant nos.9 and 10 is decreed.

4. Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly in terms of the Settlement Agreement qua defendant nos.9 and 10. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

Settlement Agreement dated 05.01.2026 qua defendant no.3

5. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the disputes have been resolved and terms thereof have been reduced into writing vide Settlement Agreement dated 05.01.2026. The terms of the settlement commences from para 1 at page 3 of the Settlement Agreement through till para 17.

6. This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds no legal impediment in decreeing the Suit qua defendant no.3 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.01.2026. The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures appended thereto are taken on record.

7. In terms of Clause 9 of the Settlement Agreement, defendant no.3 was to pay to the plaintiff a balance sum of Rs.2,20,000/- before this Court today. Learned counsel for defendant no.3 has handed over a Demand Draft bearing no. 72095 dated 28.01.2026 in favour of the plaintiff for a sum of Rs.2,20,000/-, which has been acknowledged and accepted by the learned counsel for the plaintiff. Photocopy of the said Demand Draft filed today is taken on record.

8. The Suit qua defendant no.3 is decreed.

9. Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly in terms of the Settlement Agreement qua defendant no.3. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
