1. This appeal has been filed assailing the impugned award dated 9^th October 2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (‘MACT/Tribunal’) in MACT No.223/2022. The Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.24,97,681/- with interest @ 9% per annum.
