CRL.M.C. 507/2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 567/2017 dated 29.12.2017 registered under sections 451/354/341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) at P.S.: Chhawla, Dwarka, Delhi.
