% 22.01.2026 CM APPL. 4325/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicant/respondent seeks vacation/modification of order dated 14.05.2025, whereby while issuing notice on RFA Nos. 428/2025 and 429/2025 and the accompanying stay applications, this court had observed as follows:

“22. On a prima-facie view of the matter, upon a reading of the impugned judgment dated 03.03.2025, and especially considering that the appellant had purchased stamp papers towards the proposed sale deed in respect of the subject property and has been in continuous possession of the subject property since 1996; and most importantly, since the respondent has been unable to explain the purpose and character of the payment of Rs.8.40 lacs received by him from the appellant, the effect and operation of impugned judgment and
