1. This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

“i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other writ order or direction in the nature thereof quashing the Impugned order dated 06,10.2025 passed by Respondent No.2 whereby One time Settlement letter dated 30.10.2024 submitted by the Petitioner was arbitrarily rejected by Respondent No.2 after encashment of Rs.85,00,000/-;

ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature thereof directing Respondents to issue no dues certificate in favour of the Petitioner upon payment of the balance OTS amount of Rs. 7,40,00,000/- in a time bound manner
