The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners who are advocates, challenging the Circular dated 14th January, 2026 issued by the respondent no. 3/ Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) debarring advocates who had failed to submit their online verification form on the BCD web portal on or before 30th November, 2025 from being included in the voters list for the ensuing BCD elections to be held in February 2026.
