1. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the above matters have been duly settled between the parties in terms of the mediated Settlement dated 27.11.2025 and the Appeals be disposed of.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondents endorses that the matters have been amicably settled with the Appellant voluntarily without any pressure, force and coercion in terms of the mediated Settlement dated 27.11.2025. he has No Objection to the disposal of the above Appeals in terms of the Settlement.

The above Applications have been filed on behalf of the Appellant for release of Rs.95,927/- deposited by the Appellant in terms of the Order dated 11.04.2023, 11.10.2023, 12.10.2023, 20.10.2023, 03.11.2025, 21.11.2023 and 28.11.2023 respectively, to the Appellant who shall pay the amount as agreed in the Settlement to the Respondent/Plaintiff.

4. Learned counsel for the Respondent/Plaintiff has No Objection if the deposited amounts in the Court are released in favour of the Appellant.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the amounts deposited, be released to the Appellant in compliance of the terms of the Settlement dated 27.11.2025.

6. The Applications are disposed of accordingly.
