1. This is a petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

a. “Allow the present Petition and Pass a Writ of Certiorari or Prohibition or Mandamus or a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or Prohibition and/or Mandamus and/or any other appropriate Writ, and thereby directing the Respondent no. 3 not charge/deduct the EMIs from the Petitioner and not to initiate any legal proceedings against the Petitioner; AND b.
