% 20.01.2026 By way of the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 400/2014 dated 28.08.2014 registered under sections 120B/34/406/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) at P.S.: Kapshera, South-West Delhi. Consequent upon completion of investigation, allegation of an offence under section 174-A IPC was also added vide chargesheet dated 23.12.2026.
