The Petitioners, who are ex-servicemen retired from the Indian Army on different dates and who joined the services of Respondent No. 6 Bank/Bank of India,, “BoI” after 1^st January, 2006, have approached this Court seeking fixation of their pay on re-employment with the Respondent Bank by extending to them the benefit of the Sixth Central Pay Commission.
