This application under Section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (the BNSS) read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed seeking suspension of sentence of the appellant/accused in Sessions Case No. 57463/2016 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The appellant/accused has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324 and 452 of the vide Indian Penal Code, 1860 judgment dated 26.03.2025 and has vide been sentenced order on sentence dated 06.05.2025 to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of four years along with fine of ₹25,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC, rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year along with fine of ₹10,000/- for the
