1. The present application has been filed by the applicants/defendant nos. 4 and 13 praying for framing of an additional issue.

2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/defendant nos. 4 and 13 submits that though in para 9, only one issue has been articulated, however, the applicants have raised an objection in their written statement that the Will in question i.e. Will dated 15.09.1971 executed byShri Roop Narain Khanna is forged and fabricated.
