1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. An adjournment is sought on behalf of Mr. Atul Guleria, ld. Counsel for the Central Bureau of Investigation (hereinafter, ‘CBI’).

3. In these connected appeals, since all the Appellants have engaged private Counsels, Ms. Rao, ld. Counsel is discharged in these matters.

4. Insofar as Appellant-Mohammad Numan in CRL.A. 893/2016 is concerned, it is submitted by a number of Counsels that he has passed away. Accordingly, let the CBI verify this fact and file a status report by the next date of hearing.

5. The Trial Court Record (hereinafter, ‘TCR’) is on record. Let the paperbook be also prepared.

6. Let the Counsels for the Parties obtain the copy of the TCR as also the paperbook and make their submissions on the next date of hearing.

7. Let written submissions be filed by the Counsels for the Parties at least one week before the next date of hearing.

8. Ld. Counsel for the CBI shall also be ready for arguments on the next date of hearing.

9. All the Appellants shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.

9. Let the physical TCR be requisitioned to the Court on the next date of hearing by the Registry.

10. List all these matters for hearing on 15th April, 2026.
