6. At the oral request of the counsel for the petitioner, respondent no.5, Monitoring Committee is deleted from the array of parties.
6.1. Let amended memo of parties be filed within three (3) days.
7. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1, 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the unauthorized construction being raised by the respondent no.4 at property No. L-1, 1100/16C, Gali No.25, Asthal Mandir, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi (hereinafter the ‘subject property’).
8. Petitioner has filed complaints with the respondent no.2/MCD as well as the concerned SHO.
9. Issue notice.
10. Notice is accepted on behalf of counsel for the respondents no.1, 2 and 3.
11. Let notice be issued to the respondent no.4 through all permissible modes.
12. Mr. Siddhanth Nath, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/MCD submits that the property was booked on 4th November, 2025, insofar as Ground Floor and First Floor of the subject property are concerned and a Work Stop Notice has been sent to the respondent no.4. The Second Floor of the property was booked once again in January, 2026.
13. Let status reports be filed by the respondents no.2 and 3 within four (4) weeks.
14. Reply, if any, be filed by the respondent no.4 within four (4) weeks.
15. List on 10th March, 2026.
16. In the meanwhile, the respondents no.2 and 3 shall ensure that no further construction is carried out in the subject property.
