The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the Central Information Commission, whereby, in addition to directing disclosure of certain information to Respondent No. 1, the Commission has also directed payment of compensation amounting to ₹45,000/-, issued an advisory under Section 25(5) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter ‘RTI Act’) and also imposed a penalty.
