By way of the instant petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR bearing no. 551/2025, registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 118(3)/140(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter ‘BNS’), on the ground of settlement having been arrived between the parties.
