CM APPL. 79138/2025 (seeking extension of time)
1. This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as, ‘CPC’) seeking extension of time for compliance of the judgement dated 15.09.2025, by extending the time to vacate the suit property, owing to the medical exigency of the appellant, passed in Regular First Appeal being RFA 868/2025 titled as ‘Priti Saraf v. Ajay Sharma & Ors’.
2. The said Regular First Appeal was disposed of on 15.09.2025, in view of the undertaking given by the appellant. The relevant portion of the said judgment reads as under:
