O R D E R
1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
(i). To set aside the impugned order on leave to defend dated 15 .05.2025 , passed by Ms. Priyanka Rajpoot, Ld. SCJCUM- RC, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in RC/ARC No. 2/2023 , titled as 'Om Prakash vs Ram Das Garg;
(ii). To dismiss or remand back the eviction petition RC/ARC No. 2/2023 , titled as 'Om Prakash vs Ram Das Garg', as per on merit of Rent Revision petition;
(iii). Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the respondent.”
