1. For the reasons stated in the application, the lengthy synopsis

are permitted to be taken on record.

2. The application stands disposed of.

3. The petitioner is holding the post of SI (Pharma). He has been

transferred from Delhi to Guwahati on 5 December 2025. He assails

the said transfer.

4. In the writ petition, the petitioner has pointed out that his wife is

suffering from anxiety neurosis, of his two daughters, one is suffering

from seizure disorder and epilepsy and both the daughters are in their

12^th class academic session.

5. The petitioner has, therefore, sought a reconsideration of his de-

attachment from Delhi, which was favourably considered by the

Inspector General (Police), CRPF and forwarded with a favourable

recommendation on 12 December 2025.

6. Instead of taking action thereon, the respondent has abruptly

issued an order transferring the petitioner to Guwahati on 5 December

2025.

7. Mr. Bhargava submits that the respondents may possibly be

having a circular which entitle the petitioner to continue in posting till

the academic session of the child is over.

8. As of now, the recommendation of 12 December 2025

recommends that the petitioner be permitted to continue in Delhi till

31 March 2026.

9. Ms. Neha Rastogi, learned SPC for the respondents, seeks time

to take instructions.

10. Issue notice to show cause as to why rule nisi be not issued.

11. Notice is accepted on behalf of the respondents by Ms. Neha

Rastogi, learned SPC.

12. Counter-affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks with

advance copy to learned Counsel for the petitioner who may file

rejoinder thereto within four weeks thereof.

13. Re-notify on 2 March 2026 for disposal.

14. In meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, the petitioner shall

be permitted to continue in Delhi, especially in view of the

recommendation dated 12 December 2025 of the Inspector General

(Police), CRPF.
