1. By the present appeal, the appellant challenges the
judgment dated 20.11.2025 and the order on sentence dated
24.11.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, in
SC No. 630/2022 arising out of FIR No. 171/2022, registered at
Police Station Mandir Marg.
2. By the judgment dated 20.11.2025, the appellant was
convicted of the offences under Sections 324 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (IPC).
3. By the order on sentence dated 24.11.2025, the appellant
was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of
one year with the benefit under Section 428 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) for the imprisonment already
undergone by him and was sentenced to pay fine of ₹75,000/-,

imprisonment for a period three months.
4. The matter requires consideration.

CRL.M.(BAIL) 2535/2025 (for suspension of sentence
6. The present application is filed seeking suspension of
sentence of the appellant and his release on bail till the disposal
of the present appeal.
7. The sentence of the appellant was suspended by the
learned Trial Court by order dated 24.11.2025 for a period of 30
days on the appellant furnishing a personal bond in the sum of
₹15,000/-.
8. In view of the above, the order on sentence dated
24.11.2025 is suspended till the pendency of the present appeal
on the strength of the same bond as furnished by the appellant
before the learned Trial Court, on the following conditions:
a. The appellant shall deposit the fine amount with the
Registrar General of this Court within a period of
eight weeks and proof of deposit of fine shall be
submitted with the IO/SHO concerned;
b. The appellant shall provide the address where he
would be residing and shall not change the address
without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;
c. The appellant shall, under no circumstances, leave
the country without the permission of the Court;
d. The appellant shall give his mobile number to the
concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone
switched on at all times;
