1. By the present appeal, the appellant challenges the judgment dated 20.11.2025 and the order on sentence dated 24.11.2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, in SC No. 630/2022 arising out of FIR No. 171/2022, registered at Police Station Mandir Marg.

2. By the judgment dated 20.11.2025, the appellant was convicted of the offences under Sections 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

3. By the order on sentence dated 24.11.2025, the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year with the benefit under Section 428 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) for the imprisonment already undergone by him and was sentenced to pay fine of ₹75,000/-, and in default of payment of fine, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period thre
