This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of classification of the Petitioner as ‘fraud’ by the Respondent through declaration dated 10.10.2024 with a consequential relief of a direction to withdraw all actions relating to such ‘fraud’ classification.
2. This writ petition concerns a Term Loan Agreement executed between Reliance Home Finance Limited (‘RHFL’) and the Respondent on 11.03.2015.
