1. This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the Act”) seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties.

2. The brief facts of the case are that petitioner applied for the position finance and operation manager and was appointed at the said position with the respondent. In the furtherance of the same an Employment Agreement dated 01.12.2022 was executed between the parties.

3. The said Agreement contained an arbitration clause being Clause No.

16.11 which reads as under: “16.11. Dispute Resolution Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or validity hereof, shall be finally settled exclusively by arbitration in India in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
