1. This revision petition under Sections 438 and 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is directed against the appellate judgment dated 11th November, 2025. By this impugned judgment, conviction order dated 19th April, 2024 and the order on sentence dated 22nd May, 2024, passed by the Court of MM (NI Act)-07 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in CT Case No. 16907/2019 titled “Tejpal v. Vinod”, have been affirmed. As a result, the Petitioner stands convicted for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, “NI Act” and has been directed to pay a fine of INR 15,00,000/-, as compensation to the complainant. In default, the Petitioner is to undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
