The present petition has been filed assailing the order dated 06.08.2025 whereby the petitioner’s application for grant of furlough has been declined on the ground that the petitioner was released on emergency parole w.e.f. 01.06.2021 to 07.04.2023 but he did not surrender on time and was re-arrested by Crime Branch on 24.06.2024.

4. Mr. Abhinav Sekhri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after the said order, this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed in W.P.(Crl.) 3607/2024, released the petitioner on parole for a period of four weeks.
