By way of present application, the applicant is seeking suspension of sentence awarded to him vide order dated 10.09.2025, passed by the learned Additional & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Sessions Case bearing no. 8468/2025 arising out of FIR bearing no. 784/2005, registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Section 304 Part II of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) whereby the appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II of IPC and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/- for the aforementioned offence and the said fine shall be paid as compensation to the family of the victim/deceased under Section 35
