1. Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for locating Master Sanjay son of the petitioner, and to expedite the investigation in relation to FIR No. 509/2020.

2. Two Status Report has been filed on 18.03.2024 and 19.08.2025 have been filed on behalf of the State wherein it has been explained that the son of the Petitioner, had gone missing. All the Protocols and the steps have been taken to trace Master Sanjay though, no success has been achieved till date. Hue and Cry Notices have been issued on 03.02.2025.

3. The Complainant was examined on 07.02.2025 and was directed to inform in case he receives any call or information about the missing son.

The Hue and Cry Notice was again issued on 24.02.2025.
