By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR bearing no. 582/2021, registered at Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/366/376/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) and Section 6/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter ‘POCSO Act’).
