3. Issue notice.
4. Learned counsels, as aforesaid, accept notice on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 2 & 3 respectively.
5. Let reply be filed by the respondents within a period of four weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6. The petitioners, who claim to be a group of distinguished professional Wushu coaches, submit that many deserving players could not participate in the trials held on 06.12.2025 and 07.12.2025 for the purpose of participation in the 9th Federation Cup Wushu Championship, 2025 stated to be held from
24.12.2025 to 30.12.2025.
7. After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the respondent no.3/ Delhi Amateur Wushu Association submits that supplementary trial/s shall be conducted for those athletes who could not participate in the trials scheduled on 06.12.2025 and 07.12.2025. A list of such athletes shall be furnished by the petitioners to the respondent no.3 during the course of the day.
8. Let trial/s be conducted before commencement of the upcoming 9th Federation Cup Wushu Championship, 2025.
9. After conclusion of the trial process, the respondent no.3 (Delhi Amateur Wushu Association) shall be at liberty to forward to the petitioners, the updated list of contingent of the athletes who would be representing
10. The respondent no.2 (Wushu Association of India) shall render all possible assistance to the respondent no.3 for the purpose of conducting the trial/s.
11. The date and time for the conduct of trials shall be publicly announced by the respondent no.3. The respondent no.2 shall be entitled to send its observers when the trials are being conducted.
12. In view of the above directions, the respondent no.2 is directed to suitably extend the time limit for sending list of athletes who would be participating in the upcoming 9th Federation Cup Wushu Championship, 2025.
13. The above directions are in the nature of an interim arrangement, subject to any further order/s to be passed in the present writ petition and in
14. List on 19.03.2026.
