1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, “BNSS” (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, “CrPC”) seeks quashing of FIR No. 0188/2021 dated 18^th March, 2021,, “impugned FIR” registered under Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860⁴ at P.S.

2. On 16^th March, 2021, a PCR call regarding an accident near Pillar No. 750, Uttam Nagar was received.
