1. This application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, on behalf of the petitioner seeking an early hearing of the writ petition.

2. In this application, it is alleged that pursuant to the order dated 29.11.2025, respondent no. 2 issued a notice dated 04.12.2025, whereby all students were permitted to appear in the forthcoming examinations commencing from 05.12.2025.

3. Pursuant to the aforesaid notice, a representation was made by the petitioner before the Joint Registrar, Controller of Examinations, University of Delhi, who forwarded the same to officials of respondent no.2. The petitioner was thereafter allowed to appear in the first paper of the semester examination held on 06.12.2025. However, when the petitioner attempted to appear for the second paper schedule
