1. Through the present petition which has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners have sought directions to the respondent no.1 to grant police protection against respondents no. 2 to 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner no. 1 and 2 have been in a relationship for over 7 years and that they consequently got married to each other on 27.12.2025 at Arya Samaj Marriage Trust, 47, DDA CSC Market, near Dwarka Courts, Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi 110075.

3. It is submitted that the above-mentioned marriage has been performed against the wishes of the parents of petitioner no. 1 due to which the petitioners are in great fear for their lives. It is submitted that in regard to the above, petiti
