4. The details of the detained gold items of the Petitioner is as under:
● One gold chain, weighing 132 grams;
● 5 gold bangles, weighing 151grams (hereinafter, ‘gold items’)
5. A brief background of the Petitioner’s case is that the Petitioner is a citizen of Malaysia. She had traveled from Malaysia to India on 21st December, 2022. Upon her arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport
