1. Matter has been taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared a holiday on account of 350^th Anniversary of ‘Guru Teg Bahadur’s Martyrdom Day’.

2. The present appeal has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by the appellant/complainant against the judgement dated 24.12.2021 passed by learned JMFC, NI Act, THC Courts in the case bearing CC No. 6199/16 titled as ‘M/S A.N. TRADERS PVT. LTD. v. SAJAN THOMAS’ vide which the respondent was acquitted of the offense under Section 138 NI Act. The appellant had approached this Court vide CRL.L.P. No. 220/2022 seeking leave to appeal and the same was granted by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2023, following which the appeals were duly admitted.
