O R D E R

1. The present suit has been filed for permanent injunction restraining infringement of trademark, copyright and other ancillary reliefs against the defendants.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs’ states that infringing defendants are impleaded as defendant nos. 2 to 21.

3. He states that plaintiff has arrived at settlement with defendant nos. 2 to 7 and is in the process of executing the settlement agreement and placing the same on record.

4. He states that the injunction order dated 18.07.2025 is specifically directed against defendant nos. 2 to 21.

5. He states infringing listings pertaining to defendant nos. 2 to 21 available on the e-commerce platform of defendant no. 22/Flipkart and defendant no. 24/Amazon are still visible. He seeks directions to these e-

commerce platforms.

6. To ensure due implementation of the injunction order dated 18.07.2025, the plaintiffs are directed to provide the specific URLs pertaining to the infringing defendant nos. 2 to 21 to proforma defendant nos. 22 and 24 within 72 hours. Upon receiving the infringing URLs, from the plaintiff, the defendant nos. 22 and 24 are directed to then take steps for taking down these links within 72 hours.

7. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs’ states that there are specific URLs pertaining to the social media platform of defendant no. 25/Meta, which also continue to remain available despite the injunction order dated 18.07.2025.

8. Similarly, the plaintiffs are directed to communicate the specific infringing link to defendant no. 25 within 72 hours and similarly, defendant no. 25 is directed to take appropriate action within 72 hours.

9. In the meantime, plaintiffs are directed to take all appropriate steps for impleading the correct entities enlisted as defendant nos. 22 to 29; as submissions have been made by the counsels that the details provided in the memo of parties are inaccurate.

10. Before the next date of hearing, the plaintiffs will file a short note with respect to any surviving relief qua defendant nos. 22 to 29 as these are merely proforma defendants.

11. List the matter before the Ld. Joint Registrar (J) on 11.12.2025.

12. List the matter before the Court on 03.03.2026.

13. The digitally signed copy of this order, duly uploaded on the official website of the Delhi High Court, www.delhihighcourt.nic.in, shall be treated as a certified copy of the order for the purpose of ensuring compliance. No physical copy of order shall be insisted by any authority/entity or litigant.
