The Petitioners Nos. 1 & 2 are the intending purchaser 48/808 share (i.e. 2 bigha 08 biswa) out of land admeasuring Khasra Nos. 66//22 (1-16), 23 (4-16), 24 (2-05), 80//2 (2-08), 3 (4-16), 5 (4-16), 86//2 (1-13), 19//14 (4- 16), 24 (0-18), 18//11/1 (3-7) & 20 (4-01) situated in the revenue estate of Village Khanjawala, Delhi – 110081. A document was executed for the transfer of the said land from the recorded owner in the Petitioner’s favour described as “sale deed” dated 10th November, 2025 and was duly presented before Respondent No. 1 (Sub-Registrar) for registration. A receipt evidencing such presentation has been issued; however, the document has not been processed further.
