1. The Petitioners Nos. 1 & 2 are the intending purchaser 48/808 share (i.e. 2 bigha 08 biswa) out of land admeasuring Khasra Nos. 66//22 (1-16), 23 (4-16), 24 (2-05), 80//2 (2-08), 3 (4-16), 5 (4-16), 86//2 (1-13), 19//14 (4- 16), 24 (0-18), 18//11/1 (3-7) & 20 (4-01) situated in the revenue estate of Village Khanjawala, Delhi – 110081. A document was executed for the transfer of the said land from the recorded owner in the Petitioner’s favour described as “sale deed” dated 10^th November, 2025 and was duly presented before Respondent No. 1 (Sub-Registrar) for registration. A receipt evidencing such presentation has been issued; however, the document has not been processed further.
