1. The present writ petition has been filed inter-alia seeking extension of the license period granted in respect of MPS Stall No. KYN-MPS-2 at Kalyan Railway Station Near Main Booking Office (West).

2. In the present case, the Railway Administration allotted the aforesaid license to the petitioner on 3^rd May, 2021. On 15^th June, 2021, a Master Licence Agreement was entered into with the petitioner.

3. As per the aforesaid agreement, the license was for a period starting from 15^th June, 2021 to 14^th June, 2026.

4. It is stated that the petitioner could not operate the stall during the COVID period and hence, he seeks extension of the term of the license in line with orders passed by this Court in other writ petitions. The petitioner claims parity with similar extension granted by this
