O R D E R

1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff seeking appropriate directions/action against defendant no. 1 for willful non- compliance of the order dated 15th January, 2026, whereby, this Court had directed removal/take down of defamatory and unlawful posts published on the platform operated by defendant no. 1.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the present application has been filed in view of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 15th January, 2026 to the plaintiff, to move an appropriate application in the event of non-compliance.
3. It is submitted that while certain posts appear to have been removed from the platform, several other posts continue to remain live and accessible on the platform operated by defendant no. 1, as on date, which are more specifically mentioned in Schedule X attached with the present application.
The said schedule is reproduced as under:

”4. Thus, it is submitted that posts which continue to remain accessible are substantially similar in content, tenor and defamatory in nature to those which were directed to be taken down by this Court.
5. Thus, the present application has been filed seeking relevant directions to defendant no. 1 to forthwith remove and disable the access to all posts, tweets, reposts and content, as mentioned in Schedule X.
6. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for defendant no. 1, who submits that the details of the post as given in Schedule X from Serial Nos. 1 to 9 form part of Schedule A, which has been filed with the plaint.
7. He submits that in terms of the order dated 15th January, 2026 passed by this Court, the posts from Serial Nos. 1 to 9 of Schedule X, as aforesaid, already stand deleted.
8. He submits that posts at Serial No. 10 to 12 have been brought to the notice of defendant no. 1 for the first time.
9. This Court takes note of the submission made by learned counsel for the plaintiff that posts from Serial Nos. 10 to 12, forming part of Schedule X are of the similar nature, qua which, this Court has already passed directions vide order dated 15th January, 2026.
10. Considering the submissions made before this Court, defendant no. 1 is directed to forthwith remove and disable access to all the posts, tweets, reposts and content, as mentioned at Serial Nos. 10 to 12 of Schedule X, as aforesaid.
11. At this stage, this Court also takes note of the submission made by learned counsel for the plaintiff that certain new posts have also been uploaded, which do not form part of either Schedule A or Schedule X.
12. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the plaintiff to approach the defendant no.1 in this regard and make the request for removing and disabling the access to all the posts, which are of the similar nature, as mentioned in the order dated 15th January, 2026 passed by this Court.
13. In case, the defendant no. 1 has any doubt with regard thereto, the same shall be indicated to the plaintiff, who has the liberty to approach this Court in that regard.
14. With the aforesaid directions, the present application is accordingly disposed of.

15. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant no. 1 is yet to provide details of defendant nos. 2 to 6, on account of which, the plaintiff has been unable to serve the defendant nos. 2 to 6.
16. Responding to the aforesaid, learned counsel for defendant no. 1 submits that the plaintiff can serve defendant nos. 2 to 6 on their social media handles of defendant no. 1 itself, as per the details given in the Memo of Parties.
