% 03.02.2026 CRL.M.A. 3584/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the applicant/petitioner No.1 seeks temporary suspension of the Look-Out-Circular (‘LOC’) pending against her; and for permission to travel to Germany and Italy for a period of 02 weeks from 08.02.2026 to 22.02.2026.

Mr. Ashish Batra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits, that vidé order dated 16.01.2026 passed in CRL.M.A. No.321/2026, similar relief was granted to the petitioner for travelling to Dubai for the Gulfood Festival from 20.01.2026 to 10.02.2026.Counsel submits however, that in the meantime, the petitioner has received a nomination to participate as a delegate/team member in Biofach 2026, as seen from the documents relating to the Agricultural and
