1. There seem to be various prayers made by the petitioner, which are extracted as under:

“17. This Petition is made bonafide and for the ends of justice. In the premises aforesaid your petitioners prays i. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to work according to its mandate and limit imposed as per Article 13 of constitution of India.

ii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to Hear cases from

10.30 am to 4 Pm iii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to implement live streaming of hearing and recording of hearing as directed in Hon’ble Delhi High Court order.

iv. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to provide virtual hearing as informed Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

v. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to pronounced Decision / order during hearing itself. If order is reserved, then Date is fixed preannouncement of orders.

vi. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to Hear case as per filing of second appeal/ Complaint . Oldest cases should be heard at the earliest.

vii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to provide Early hearing to Senior Citizen , Public Interest and urgent matter shown by parties.

viii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to decide Non Compliance Complaints at the earliest (because their case were already heard and decided in view of above sub para.

ix. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to imposed Penalty on repetitive denial of information(specially without any valid reason) .

x. Kindly direct Central Information Commission TO allow virtually / and through audio hearing .

xi. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to provide Fair opportunity to both parties during hearing in non compliance complaints cases also.

xii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission TO Review of Commissioner order (when error is apparent from order itself).

xiii. Kindly direct Central Information Commission to use serving Government servant in key positions like Deputy registrar of Commission. xiv. Kindly advise Central Information Commission to take such appropriate actions, as the Honourable Court deems fit under the circumstance.”

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-CIC submits that the aspect of providing virtual hearing facilities to the general public and journalists etc., is pending before the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 580/2024. He also points out that taking note of the aforesaid aspect, one of the writ petitions has been decided by this Court on 09.07.2025 bearing W.P.(C)

9409/2025.

3. Even otherwise, the nature of the prayers made by the petitioner would clearly fall outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner, who is appearing through virtual platform has made various submissions. He submits that despite directions having been passed by this Court to hear him on a priority basis, those directions are not being fully complied with.

4. List this matter on 13.05.2026 to enable the petitioner to justify his submissions.
