1. This joint application is filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for recording of settlement arrived at between them.

2. During the pendency of the suit, Suit Patent IN’051 expired on 16.01.2023. Thereafter, parties settled their inter se disputes amicably and the terms of settlement are incorporated in paragraph 3 of the application, which are extracted hereunder for ready reference:-

“3. On account of suit patent IN’051 having expired, the parties hereby agree as follows:
