1. The Registry is directed to number all the applications, pending or disposed of, so far as the present Suit is concerned.

2. This is an application filed on behalf of the defendant nos.1 and 2 seeking condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the written statement beyond 30 days period as stipulated in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
3. Issue notice.
4. Notice is accepted by Mr. Surinder Singh, learned counsel for the plaintiff who has no objection in case the application is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the application stands allowed. The delay of 16 days in filing the written statement over and above 30 days period is condoned.
