1. As per directions issued by this Court on 18.08.2025, details of Defendants No. 1 and 2 were received by the Plaintiffs from Defendant No. 3 on 25.01.2026, whereafter amended memo of parties has been filed by the Plaintiffs on 02.02.2026, however, the same is not on record.
2. Summons be issued to Defendants No. 1 and 2 through all permissible modes, returnable on 09.03.2026 before learned Joint Registrar.
3. Summons shall state that the written statements shall be filed by Defendants No. 1 and 2 within 30 days from the receipt of summons along with affidavits of admission/denial of the documents filed by the Plaintiffs.
4. It will be open to the Plaintiffs to file replications within 30 days from the date of receipt of written statements along with affidavits of admission/
denial of documents filed by Defendants No. 1 and 2.

5. Learned counsel for Plaintiffs submits that Defendant No. 3 is yet to confirm whether it has locked and suspended the domain names registered by Defendants No. 1 and 2 albeit Plaintiffs have written to Defendant No. 3 on 27.01.2026 for confirmation.
6. Let compliance affidavit be filed by Defendant No. 3 with regard to locking and suspending the domain names registered by Defendants No. 1 and 2, as directed.
7. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs acknowledges that Defendants No. 4, 5, 15 and 18 have complied with the directions passed by this Court on
18.08.2025 and submits that they be deleted from the array of parties.
8. Accordingly, Defendants No. 4, 5, 15 and 18 are deleted from the array of parties. Amended memo of parties be filed within three weeks from today.
9. Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that Defendants No. 16 and 19 have not complied with the directions issued on 18.08.2025, while Defendant No. 17 has partially complied with inasmuch as it has not supplied the details of Defendant No. 12.
10. Learned counsel for Defendant No. 17 submits that compliance affidavit shall be filed within four weeks from today.
11. Defendants No. 16 and 19 are directed to comply with the directions passed on 18.08.2025 and file compliance affidavits within four weeks.
Defendant No. 17 shall also file compliance affidavit within four weeks.
12. Google LLC will file compliance affidavit within four weeks and confirm if fake Apps/URLs have been taken down.
13. List before Court on 21.04.2026.
