The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioners to contest the elections for the managing committee of Agroha Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Plot No.1/1, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi-110085 scheduled to be held on

15th February, 2026.

4. The elections of Agroha Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Plot No.1/1, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi-110085 (hereinafter, ‘Society’) is
