2. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

3. The present writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 13th August, 2025, permitting the Petitioner to raise a dispute to the demand dated 24th July 2025, raised by Respondent No.1/ Dhudial Cooperative Group Housing Society. The Petitioner was permitted to seek remedies under Section 70 of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act 2003.

4. Thereafter, the present application has now been moved by the Petitioner on the ground that the claim petition filed before the Arbitrator under Section 70 of Delhi Cooperative Societies Act 2003, pursuant to the said order of this Court dated 13th August, 2025 is not being decided by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies at all, despite the same having been filed on 11th September, 2025.

5. Ms. Chandra, ld. Counsel for Petitioner submits that there is no officer discharging the functions of the RCS.

6. This position, however, is disputed by the ld. counsel for the RCS who submits that the Deputy RCS has now been appointed. In view thereof, ld. counsel submits that the RCS has issued notice to the Society–Dhudial Cooperative Group Housing Society. Thus, the concerned Deputy RCS would try to resolve this dispute as quickly as possible.

7. The Court notes that the amount which is being demanded from the Petitioner is computed as under:

8. LetthePetitioner,alongwiththeSecretaryoftheSocietyappearbefore the RCS office on 26th February, 2026 at 3:00 p.m..

9. The Petitioner can appear physically or through an authorised representative/ advocate. The Petitioner is also free to appear before the RCS virtually.

10. On the next date of hearing, the RCS shall place its stand before this Court as to what charges would be liable to be paid by the Petitioner, after duly examining the same.
