1. This is an application filed under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section

151 of CPC, 1908 seeking the following reliefs:

a) Allow the present application preferred by the PetitionerunderOrder1Rule10(2)readwithsection151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and implead the proposed Credit Information Companies being GoodScore (operated by M/s Arthvit 1809 Tech Private Limited), CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited and TransUnion CIBIL Limited and proposed financial institutions being HDFC Bank Limited and Muthooth Capital Services Limited, as Respondent parties in the present Writ Petition;

b) Take on record the amended memo of parties, impleading the proposed Credit Information Companies being GoodScore (operated by M/s Arthvit 1809 Tech Private Limited), CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited and TransUnion CIBIL Limited and proposed financial institutions being HDFC Bank Limited and Muthooth Capital Services Limited as Respondent nos. 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, respectively, in the present petition;

I am of the view that the proposed respondents are necessary for effective adjudication of the disputes between the parties as the relevant documents with respect to alleged loan accounts which were deleted from the website of the respondent No.1 are available on the website of the proposed respondents GoodScore (operated by M/s Arthvit 1809 Tech Private Limited), CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services Private Limited and TransUnion CIBIL Limited and the other financial institutions that are mentioned in the credit reports downloaded from the website of above credit information companies, apart from the respondents, are HDFC Bank Limited and Muthooth Capital Services Limited.

3. For the said reasons, the application is allowed.

4. Let amended Memo of Parties be filed before the next date of hearing. 5. Letthenoticebeissuedtothenewlyimpleadedrespondentsthroughall modes, including electronic, on the petitioner taking steps, within one week from today, returnable on 11.05.2026.
