5. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, we have heard the writ petitions finally.

6. Mr. Sudhir Nandrajog, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has filed a compilation of 14 documents in the Court. The same is taken on record.

7. Mr. Nandrajog has also handed over to us communications dated 11.02.2026 received by the petitioners, whereby, the representations of the petitioner seeking extension of the contract has been rejected. The same is taken on record.

8. Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned counsel for the respondent has also filed a compilation of judgments along with three documents. The same are also taken on record.

9. He further states that the stand of the respondents in the communication dated 11.02.2026 shall be read as the stand of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in this batch of writ petitions.

10. On instructions, he states as the last date for submitting the bids is

17.02.2026, the same shall be extended by one week, i.e., till 24.02.2026.
