1. These suits are instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia for permanent/perpetual injunction against infringement of trademark, passing off, counterfeiting, delivery up, rendition of accounts, damages etc, against the Defendant.

2. During the course of the proceedings, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and Settlement Agreements have been executed between the parties on 14.01.2026, incorporating terms of settlement, copies of which have been placed on record. In light of this, counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, submit that the suits be decreed in terms of their respective Settlement Agreements dated 14.01.2026.

3. Court has perused the terms of settlements and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suits are decreed in terms of their respective Settlement Agreements dated 14.01.2026, which shall form a part of the decrees and the terms therein shall bind the parties to the settlement.

4. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheets.

5. Accordingly, suits are disposed of along with pending applications.

6. Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
