O R D E R

1. The aforesaid four Appeal have been filed by the Appellants for partition of the different portions of one property, which is claimed to have been inherited from the father.

2. The objection was taken that 04 separate Partition Suits could have been filed and there should have been one consolidated Suit filed on behalf of the Appellants.

3. In the Order dated 03.11.2023, it was noted that the Appellant may be given an opportunity to file one consolidated Suit.

Submissions heard from the parties.

4. In view of the submissions, the Appellants are at liberty to file one consolidated Suit or he may seek amendment in one Suit and withdraw the other three Suits in accordance with law.

5. The contentions of the parties in respect of the limitation of their substantive rights may be raised before the learned Trial Court.

6. Ms. Sudesh Kaur, Plaintiff No. 4 has already been impleaded as Respondent No. 5.

7. The impugned Order dated 21.04.2023 is hereby set aside.

8. Let the needful be done within 30 days.

9. The Appeals alongwith pending Applications, are disposed of accordingly.
